On 14th April 2023, we received our customers from Jordan, who visited our Hangzhou GREATSTAR Headquarter. The purpose of their visit was to explore our production capabilities, highlighting our innovative technology and efficient manufacturing by creating high-quality products.
The customers were welcomed by our senior sales manager of the MENA region Mr. Jalil and the CEO of the company. They had a brief introduction of the company. The team member provided the visitors with an overview of the company's operations and its history. The team then escorted the customers to our showroom area.
Following the introduction, the visitors were given a tour of the company's showroom area. Displaying our WORKPRO production range. The visitors were impressed by the technology behind our production and the efficiency of our processes.
The visitors were then taken to our quality control area. They had an opportunity to see how the quality assurance process worked and how we monitored the quality of our products to maintain our standards. Our team demonstrated how we test each of our products for quality assurance and verify their reliability before shipping. The customers stated that they were pleased with our quality control procedures, which demonstrated our commitment to our customers and their satisfaction.
