The trade show began on the 31st of May in Nairobi, Kenya, and concluded on the 3rd of June, 2023. This exhibition is attended by numerous construction-related industries from around the globe. These industries produce building materials, hand tools, machines, and others. BUILDEXPO organizes and implements the trade show.
Build Expo Africa is the only exhibition to showcase the most advanced building materials, mining equipment, construction machinery, and heavy equipment. At the 24th edition of Build Expo, East Africa's largest building and construction fair, you will find infrastructure development experts from over 40 countries.
During the three-day event, approximately 14.3 million business prospects will be exhibited, along with over 10,000 products, equipment, and machinery spanning over 10,000 square metres. India, Turkey, China, Italy, Malaysia, and Germany all had international pavilions at the event last year.
Over the years, we have expanded to serve the Kenyan market and the entire East African region. This mega-expo is the perfect venue for international companies to exhibit their products and services to Africa's enormous market.
In collaboration with regional trade organisations in Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Somalia, Mozambique, and Congo, we directly invite business visitors from across East Africa. Kenya is undoubtedly one of the largest markets in Africa, but Build Expo also places a heavy emphasis on attracting importers and traders from neighbouring nations.
According to the World Bank, infrastructure is the key to Africa's economic turnaround and will play an even greater role in the continent's sustained development. Kenya in particular is making enormous strides in infrastructure and urbanisation, as evidenced by its delineated economic zones, commercial and residential structures, and resorts. GreatStar adds the well-known American-made tool brand to its existing portfolio, with intentions to keep manufacturing in the United States and expand distribution. SADDLE BROOK, NEW JERSEY, OCT. 28, 2021 - GreatStar Tools USA, a leading manufacturer of hand tools serving the DIY, professional, and industrial markets globally, announced today the acquisition of #SK Professional Tools, a leading provider of high-quality hand tools for professionals in a variety of industries, most notably the automotive industry.
GreatStar intends to invest in #SK Professional Products and innovation and increase distribution as part of the transaction, which will be completed on June 30, 2021, giving customers more possibilities to acquire these tools.
